Sure. Artificial Intelligence and human-computer interaction are the fields of engineering which are developing very fast. Control Engineering and mechatronic engineering would help in creation of cyber organism. Through Biomedical engineering robot will be active just like humans. Microprocessors are becoming more powerful with time. Chips will handle whole robot. Different sensors already developed in the world can be connected to CPU (brain) of robot to act upon natural events.
Yes they will. The Boston Dynamics walking robot, powered by a petrol motor, can carry loads through snow and on ice. It can be used as a pack horse for the army.
Future robots will be faster and smarter. Hopefully, they will be programmed to be kind to humans because they will be much stronger than us.

us humans must program into the first model that nothing is perfect and that we must help each other into it being closer to perfection…
otherwise, robots will take other the world blah blah blah, adapt nuclear weaponary into themselves to create a shield that will protect them from harm, then duplicate themselves by taking over a government facility, making it their base while they strengthen in numbers, using even more technology from the facility, perfecting unfinished projects that humans were unable to complete. then use them to their advantage to create something that will wipe out our existance with an unstoppable pulse that will cause our brains to just plain stop.
