What Movies Feature Armies Made Of Robots?

Other than the Terminator and Star Wars movies, what films/TV shows have showed armies made up of robots/droids/artificial intelligence?
And has there ever been a movie where the machines were actually GOOD, as in they fought side by side withthe humans, and were ot trying to kill us all/enslave humanity/etc?
